ADRA Nepal invites for sealed quotation from the registered motorcycle suppliers/distributers for the supply of Motorcycle-2 Pcs.

Note: Bidders are free to provide product brochures, and other necessary information as they may see relevant.

Required essential documents

1. Copy of Company Registration Certificate
2. Copy of VAT/PAN Registration Certificate
3. Latest Tax Clearance Certificate (2080/81)
4. Documentation of evidence of the authorized national dealer/distributor

Consideration while submitting sealed quotation:

1. Bidders needs to submit sealed quotation including 1) Essential documents, 2) Technical Offer and 3) Financial Offer
2. The prices of Motor Bike should be quoted in Nepalese Currency.
3. Sealed quotation must be submitted with clear Subject “Sealed Quotation for Motorcycle”.
4. The validity of bids should be at least for ninety (90) days from the closing date of bids.
5. Sealed Quotation can be submitted via email to tenders@adranepal.org or drop hard copy at ADRA Nepal, Bakhundole-1, Lalitpur.
6. Quotation after deadline is not accepted.
7. Motorcycle should deliver to ADRA Nepal office, Bakhundole-1, Lalitpur.
8. ADRA Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without giving any reason whatsoever.
