InElam for Innovative Green Enterprise Project is aiming to foster inclusive and sustainable economic growth by promoting environmentally friendly practices, green job creation for empowering marginalized communities. The project will focus on selected municipalities of Karnali and Madhesh provinces capitalizing on market and business opportunities in green enterprise development and sustainable value chains. Helvetas Nepal invites applicants from competent Nepali citizens for the following position:

1. Position: Knowledge Management and Monitoring Officer (Women only)

Job Purpose: The overall responsibility of the position holder is to establish the project’s knowledge management and monitoring system. The position will lead in capturing, organizing and disseminating project insights and learnings including best practices, lesson learned, blog, articles and other knowledge products. The position is also responsible for preparing quality periodic reports meeting the requirements of the organization and donor.

Required Education, Experience, and Social Competence: Minimum bachelor’s degree, preferably master’s degree in English literature, communication, social science, or any other relevant field. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the development sector with focus in the knowledge management and monitoring roles, or similar roles. Experience in using digital platforms for data collection, analysis and visualization is an added value. Commitment towards gender equality, social inclusion, and poverty reduction is a requirement.

Duty Station: InElam Project Office, Lalitpur (60 percent field visit in project locations)

Duration: 1 year with possibility of extension up to 3 years
