Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Support Officer at Anaya Infotech Pvt. Ltd. in Kathmandu. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and offering support for desktop computers and printers on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities

• IT Hardware Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

        Maintain and troubleshoot issues related to IT hardware such as desktops, laptops, scanners, switches, UPS, copiers/printers, and smartphones.

        Diagnose and resolve problems with local area networks (LAN).

• Software Support & Maintenance:

        Support and upgrade software, including operating systems and standard applications.

        Perform virus scans, security updates, and system backups.

        Assist in the setup and management of online meetings and video conferencing tools.

        Guiding and helping to users in their needs in Office 365 and other IT related issues

• Helpdesk Support:

        Provide helpdesk services to staff, addressing technical issues and resolving problems promptly.

        To perform IT Help Desk Activities

        Should poses good skills on handling Switches / Routers/ Firewalls / Video Conferencing Equipment’s

        Troubleshooting of Computer, Printer, Network, Email, Internet etc.

        Regular Monitoring of Service Packs and Security Threats and proceed for the mitigation processes.

Requirements

        Basic Knowledge of VPN.

        Bachelor’s degree in any IT related Field

        Having at least three years of work experience in similar job

        Good in Nepali and English Language in both written and spoken

        Learning and development attitude.

        Certification such as A+, N+ or any hardware training (Preferred)
