Oxfam are conducting a Request for Proposal (RFP) process and invites you to submit a proposal to provide Oxfam, within their requirements, for:

TITLE: Consultancy service on Gender and Protection in emergency Preparedness and Response Mapping

Oxfam Program:

Nepal Flood and Landslide Response 2024/25

Objective of the assignment: 

• To review internal documentation, policies, and guidelines of Oxfam and its partners related to Gender and Protection in Emergency.
• To assess how Oxfam’s and Partner’s strategies and policies on Gender and Protection in Emergency have been implemented, including their effectiveness and challenges, through consultation with affected communities, staff, and volunteers.
• To identify best practices and lesson learned from Oxfam’s and partner’s policies, frameworks, and programmatic interventions.
• To identify weakness and gaps in existing approaches and recommend strategies for improvement.
• To produce final capacity and learning documents focusing on Gender and Protection in Emergency
