Details / requirements:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities       

1.      Recruitment & Onboarding:

 

        Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

        Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing employment contracts, arranging orientation programs, and ensuring the completion of necessary documentation.

 

2.      Employee Records Management:

 

        Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leaves, personal details, employment history, and performance appraisals.

        Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws regarding employee documentation.

 

3.      Performance Management:

 

        Support the performance review process by assisting in scheduling appraisals, collecting feedback, and maintaining performance records.

        Provide guidance to employees and managers on performance management issues.

 

4.      HR Policy Drafting and Implementation:

 

        Draft company’s HR policies and procedures to ensure they are in line with current laws and best practices under approval of HR Head and CEO.

        Collaborate with HOD and Management to implement and communicate new or revised policies to all employees.

        Ensure the consistency and fairness of policies across all levels of the organization.

 

5.      Employee Relations:

 

        Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related issues, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.

        Ensure the implementation of HR policies in a fair and consistent manner.

 

6.      Training & Development:

 

        Support employee training initiatives, including identifying training needs, coordinating sessions, and maintaining records of training programs.

        Assist in developing and implementing employee development programs.

 

7.      Office Management:

 

        Oversee general office operations, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.

        Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities, coordinating repairs and replacements as needed.

 

8.      Scheduling & Coordination:

 

        Manage office calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments for senior management.

        Arrange travel and accommodations for staff members, as necessary.

 

9.      Communication & Correspondence:

 

        Handle internal and external communication, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence with vendors, suppliers, and clients.

        Draft and prepare memos, reports, and presentations as required.

 

10.  Compliance & Documentation:

 

        Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.

        Maintain and file administrative records, including contracts, agreements, and other confidential documents.

 

11.  Event Planning & Coordination:

 

        Organize company events, meetings, and conferences, including venue booking, logistics, and other related tasks.
