1. Call for Roster (Expert)
Trio Research and Development (TrioRD) works to promote human rights, child rights, communication, peace social development, and governance through research and study, publication, evaluation of programs, conduct training, policy formation and review, awareness and communication for behavior change with the following specific objectives;
- Work as a resource organization to study, research, publication, evaluation, capacity building, policy review, developing awareness materials for overall human rights, child rights, child-friendly education, social justice, and social development issues
- Work as a resource organization to study, research, publication, evaluation, conduct training, policy review, developing awareness materials for social development and governance communication and behavior change,
- Facilitate to design and conduct, and evaluation of Strategy, Advocacy, lobby, campaign on child rights, human rights, social justice and development issues
The Professionals and experts came to a common understanding to fill the gap of resource organization to conduct research and study, publication, evaluation of programs, capacity building, policy formation and review, awareness and communication for behavior change for human rights, child rights, communication and peace, advocacy on social development issues including good governance.
This call is for the enlistment in our consultant's roster to place qualified individual consultants from Sep 2022 to Dec 2023 to expedite our forthcoming assignments.
We invite enlistment for Senior and mid-level Expert (Consultant) in the following areas;
- Disability Rights: Evaluation and policy Scoping
- Access to Formal and Informal Justice
- Economist (Environment, Forest)
- Sexual Health and Reproductive Health
- Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR)/ Disaster Risk Management (DRM)
- Public Health and Water and Sanitation Hygiene (WASH)
- Environment rights and Ecology (Forest, Agriculture, Water)
- Gender and Social Inclusion (GESI)
- Inclusive Quality Education
- Economic Rights; Livelihood and Poverty eradication
- Food Security and Nutrition
- Data Management (Including SPSS)
- Research Survey and Database Management
- Monitoring, Evaluation, and learning
- Climate change and Human Rights
- Migration and Migrant Workers' Rights
- Legal (Environment/natural resources)
- Environmental Impact Assessment
- Videography and Short Film Maker
- Language Editor: Nepali and English
- Feature Writer (English, Nepali, and French)
Qualifications and experiences
- Doctoral or Master’s degree in the mentioned sectors.
- A bachelor’s degree with a relevant combination of professional training, certification, and experience may apply if they themselves claim as experts.
- Previous experience in the mentioned area in research institutions, government and non-government bodies in project development, appraisal, and/or implementation would be an advantage

2. Vacancy for Research Volunteer
- Position: Research VolunteerLocation: KathmanduEducation: LLM or MSW (Running may Apply)No of Vacancy: OneWorking Time: 10 to 5 pm Sunday to Friday (flexible with Master's level Students for their study)Expected desirable:• Highly passionate to work and learn on human rights issues with volunteerism,• One Year of experience with NGOs or similar field, or fresher with highly passionate,• Conduct research on new technologies, innovative ideas, methods, approaches, tools, and techniques to improve efficiency and effectiveness,• Sound skills in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint,• Having a two-wheeler with a valid driving license,• Eager to desk research focused on the objectives of the organization,• Ready to travel to the field throughout the country,• Write event reports and ensure the quality of data and information of training/workshop, survey, or methods of research as prescribed by a supervisor,• Assess the effectiveness of the research methods, training, and making adjustments where necessary,• Coordinate with clients, manage logistics for the event related to research and capacity-building programs• Support for the logistics works of the organization,• Communicate to stakeholders as guided by a supervisor,• Support taking note of group discussion and other research methods.• and toolsBenefits:1.
