YogStay is a unique homestay and yoga retreat located in the peaceful surroundings of Bouddha Stupa and Pashupatinath Temple. Our space offers a blend of Nepali cultural experiences, physical recharge, mental balance, and spiritual growth. Guided by our philosophy of balance and harmony, we aim to create an environment where our guests can cultivate inner peace and achieve overall well-being.

Position: Yoga Instructor
Location: YogStay, Dibya Marga, Nayabasti, Bouddha, with travel required as part of the role
Work Schedule: Sunday to Friday, morning classes with potential afternoon availability.

Key Qualifications:

• Certified Yoga Instructor with recognized credentials.

• Proven ability to lead engaging and effective yoga classes, offering clear instructions, demonstrating poses, and making safe physical adjustments

• Experienced in working with various age groups, including children, adults, and seniors.

• Availability to begin classes in the morning and work flexible hours.

• Strong communication skills with an ability to connect and empathize with others.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience teaching therapeutic and geriatric yoga.

• Availability for afternoon classes.

• Proficiency in understanding and communicating instructions in English.

Responsibilities:

• Lead yoga classes for all levels, creating a safe, effective, and inspiring experience for participants.

• Prepare well-structured classes that set a positive tone and maintain the appropriate energy for the class type.

• Promote YogStay’s  mission of holistic wellness and mindfulness, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment.

• Handle light administrative tasks, such as attendance tracking, new client sign-ups, membership assistance, and retail support.

• Represent YogStay professionally during occasional travel assignments.
