Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Web Developer with a strong background in Front End, Back End, and DevOps to contribute to our innovative projects. This role is ideal for a developer passionate about building efficient and user-focused web applications.

Positions Available:

1. Front End Developers: Few
2. Back End Developers: Few
3. DevOps Specialists: Few

Key Responsibilities:

1. Front End Development:

• Design and implement responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Optimize UI/UX for performance and cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure seamless user experiences.

2. Back End Development:

• Develop and maintain server-side applications using technologies like Node.js, Python, Ruby, or PHP.
• Design and manage databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Implement APIs and integrate third-party services.

3. DevOps:

• Manage CI/CD pipelines for application deployment.
• Monitor, optimize, and scale web applications for performance and reliability.
• Implement strong security protocols to ensure data integrity and compliance.

Qualifications and Development Skills:

• 2-3 years of professional experience in web development.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with back-end languages like Node.js, Python, Ruby, or PHP.
• Proficiency in database administration.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices
• For containerization tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Fair knowledge of workflow engines like, Airflow, Temporal, n8n, Camunda, etc.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and best practices of SDLC

Other Preferred Skills:

Automation Testing

• Scripting knowledge in tools like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, TestCafe
• For low-code platforms: testing with Testim, Katalon, Leapwork, or platform-native automation tools

API Testing

• Tools: Postman, SoapUI, RestAssured
• Testing REST/GraphQL APIs, including authorization, validation, and edge cases

Performance & Load Testing

• Tools: JMeter, Gatling, k6
• Simulating real-world user and transaction loads for core banking/insurance workflows
