Helping Hand for Relief and Development (HHRD) USA/ Nepal is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving communities in need. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for vulnerable populations through various humanitarian programs. We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated male professional to join our team as a WASH & SDLP Project Coordinator to manage and support our WASH (Water and Sanitation Hygiene) and SDLP (Skills Development and Livelihood Program) projects.

The WASH & SDLP Project Coordinator will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of our WASH and SDLP projects. This position requires a highly organized, motivated, and results-driven individual who will coordinate with the Program Manager and Implementing Partners (IPs), assist in project planning and execution, and ensure timely and accurate reporting.

• Oversee the WASH and SDLP projects, assisting the Program Manager with all aspects of project management.

• Prepare annual reports and maintain accurate records for all project activities.

• Work closely with IPs to ensure the smooth implementation of project activities and strengthen internal controls.

• Provide assistance and training in drafting project proposals, making budgets, and project management as needed.

• Ensure daily data entries and monthly reconciliations on MIS for the projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• At least 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in WASH or Livelihood programs.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management software (MIS experience is a plus).

• Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.

• Fluency in Nepali and English (spoken and written).

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and liaise with diverse stakeholders.
