Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and dynamic individual to join our team as a Social Media Video Content Creator. This role involves producing engaging short-form videos for platforms like YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, Instagram Reels, and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Video Production: Record and edit high-quality, engaging videos tailored for short-form content on platforms such as YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, Instagram Reels, and TikTok.
2. Video Editing: Edit videos to ensure they are optimized for each platform, adding music, text, effects, and any other elements to create compelling content.
3. Social Media Management: Assist in creating and managing business accounts on all major social media platforms, ensuring they are up-to-date and properly optimized.
4. Content Strategy: Collaborate with the team to create and execute content strategies that engage the target audience, improve brand visibility, and drive growth on social media platforms.
5. Analytics & Reporting: Track the performance of video content, analyze data, and suggest improvements to maximize engagement and reach.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in video recording, editing, and production.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and trends, especially YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in creating content for business or brands.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design or animation for enhanced video content.
• A good sense of humor and creative thinking for engaging content ideas.

Salary: NPR 30,000 - 50,000 per month (depending on experience and skills).
