Veterinary officer   

Job Location: Project site, Dang 

Report to: Project Manager  

Contract Period: 1 year, Possibility of permanent position

Job Duties and Responsibilities:  

• Monitor, track and report the animal health and status to project manager regularly 
• Provide training and coach staff on animal rearing and animal health related issues 
• Report and liaise with other staff and project manager regarding the deliveries. 
• Facilitate stall feeding practice, organic manure preparation, quality fodder production and support marketing for meat products.  
• Regular supervision and monitoring of project activities. 

Key Skills and Qualifications: 

• Candidates having veterinary JTA training from any recognized institutions, with at least 2 years of experience especially in animal (goat) treatment and husbandry 
• Fluent networking and coordination skills 
• Good interpersonal skills 
• Additional Competency  
• Willingness to be always contactable when needed. 
• Willingness to work out of office hours when required.
