1. Infrastructure Engineer (0-4 Years Experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Infrastructure Engineer to join our growing team. This role combines traditional infrastructure management with DevOps practices, making it ideal for early-career professionals looking to develop a versatile skill set in modern IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the deployment and maintenance of server hardware, particularly Dell PowerEdge series servers 
• Configure and manage virtualization environments using VMware ESXi hypervisor
• Perform VM provisioning, migration, and optimization
• Implement and monitor backup and disaster recovery solutions
• Troubleshoot hardware and network issues
• Support Linux and Microsoft server environments
• Assist with security implementation and monitoring
• Perform routine system maintenance and upgrades
• Document infrastructure changes and configurations
• Provide technical support to internal teams
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools
• Create and maintain Docker containers and manage Kubernetes clusters
• Automate routine tasks using scripting languages (Bash, Python, PowerShell)
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize application deployment processes

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field — self-taught individuals with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
• 0-3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management
• Fundamental knowledge of server hardware, particularly Dell PowerEdge series
• Basic understanding of virtualization technologies, especially VMware ESXi
• Experience with Linux operating systems (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server environments
• Understanding of networking concepts and security fundamentals
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git
• Basic knowledge of containerization concepts and tools
• Eagerness to learn modern DevOps practices and tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Nepali

Preferred Qualifications

• CCNA certification
• Working toward CCNP certification

2. Database Engineer (0-4 Years Experience)
