Community Family Welfare Association (CFWA) is a not for profit-making national NGO working since 1996. It is dedicated to work strategically to contribute to the overall development of disadvantaged groups with special focus on Children, young women, and another marginalized and disadvantaged groups. CFWA with the partnership of Plan International Nepal has been implementing “Sponsorship Communication and Girls Standing strong in Dhanusha” Since 2022. CFWA hereby invites applications from suitable and qualified Nepalese citizens for the following positions:

Details of Announcement:

1. Sponsorship Officer – 1 (One)

This position is responsible to provide technical and physical support to field supervisor for service providers at the facility level and relevant stakeholders in planning and implementing Sponsorship communication and Girls Standing Strong program activities, and conducting community awareness-raising activities focusing on Sponsorship and GSS status assessment, planning and monitoring at the facility and community level.

Required Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in sociology, rural development, development studies, education, gender studies, environmental science, or other relevant field with 3 years of working experience in development section i.e. NGO/INGO

2. Data officer – 1 (One)

This position is responsible for data entries, letter translation and uploads the documents in software. Sometimes provide the technical support to field supervisors Sponsorship officer.

Required Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Major English, Science, Sociology, rural development, development studies and related field with at least six months of demonstrated experience.
