HOPE Foundation Nepal is a not-for-profit-making NGO, working since 2017 in the Siraha district. Inspired by the idea of building a dynamic society that can contribute to the overall development and prosperity of the country along with oneself, one's family, and social development for a holistic society through the social and gender transformative approach (SGTA). It aims to facilitate between citizens and the state to fulfill the basic need to live a ‘Quality and Dignified life’. It is dedicated to working strategically to contribute to the holistic development of disadvantaged groups with a special focus on women, girls, adolescents, and other marginalized and disadvantaged groups. 

HOPE Foundation Nepal in partnership with One Heart Worldwide (OHW) is going to implement “Strengthening Maternal Neonatal Health Services in Partnership with the Local Government (स्थानीय सरकारको साझेदारीमा मातृ तथा नवजात शिशु स्वास्थ्य सेवा सुदृढिकरण)" in Siraha district from 2025. HOPE Foundation Nepal hereby invites applications from suitable and qualified Nepalese citizens for the following positions:

Details of Announcement:

1. Project Coordinator – 1 (One)

The Project Coordinator leads the overall management of OHW-supported MNH projects in the district under the guidance of the Executive Director/Chairperson and in coordination with the District Coordinator - OHW. This position is responsible for providing overall programmatic and financial management support in planning, implementing, and monitoring activities of his/her district under the guidance of the Executive Director/Chairperson and in coordination with the OHW District Coordinator. 

Qualification: Master’s degree in Public Health with one year of previous experience in a related field or bachelor’s degree in Public Health with four years of previous experience in a related field. 

Duty Station: Lahan municipality with 70% field visit

2. Admin Finance Officer – 1 (One)

This position is responsible for the financial management, office administration, and logistics management of the OHW-supported MNH project.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or BBS or equivalent having minimum 2 years of work experience in finance, administration, and logistics.

Duty Station: Lahan municipality, Siraha with 30% field visit

3. Field Officer – 1 (One)

This position is responsible for providing technical support to MNH service providers at the facility level and relevant stakeholders in planning and implementing MNH program activities and conducting community awareness-raising activities focusing on MNH status assessment, planning, and monitoring at the facility and community level.

Qualification: Bachelor’s in Public Health (BPH) with preferred experience in the maternal, neonatal, and child health fields

Duty Station: Lahan Municipality, Siraha with a minimum of 70% field visits

4. Field Officer - Clinical – 1 (One)

This position is responsible for providing technical support to MNH service providers at the facility level and relevant stakeholders in MNH program planning, conducting community awareness-raising activities focusing on MNH, assessment, planning, and follow-ups of MNH services at the facility and community level.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Staff Nurse degree with two years’ work experience in the maternal, neonatal and child health fields

Duty Station: Lahan municipality, Siraha with a minimum of 70% field visits
