Snowland Integrated Development Center (SIDC) is a leading non-profit non-governmental autonomous, social development organization in Nepal which is established in 1993. SIDC has been established by the local educated and qualified residents with strong willingness and commitment possessing extensive experience in different sectors under the democratic pattern by holding the election every two years by the general members for the representative of the executive body. The board comprises 9 executive members with a female chairperson including a minimum of 44% of women representation. SIDC has been registered in the district administration in 1993 under the association and affiliation with the Social Welfare Council and NGO Federation of Nepal.
SIDC with the vision of working with the poor and marginalized people in rural Humla to empower them in the process of meeting their basic needs, improving their basic needs, improving their livelihoods, and building their socio- economic status upgraded. It has always focused on gender equality and social inclusion. It has been a success to maintain a good relationship among the organization and the people of the district to make them empowered in field like economic earnings, infrastructure, social mobilization, education, health and awareness, agriculture and husbandry, forestry, knowledge management and Skill development.
Snowland Integrated Development Center (SIDC) in partnership with One Heart Worldwide (OHW) is implementing the project titled "Strengthening Maternal Neonatal Health Services in Partnership with the Local Government" project in Humla District from January, 2025. Thus, SIDC invites application from interested candidates for the following positions.
1. Position: Project Coordinator (Nos-1)
Line Management Report to: Executive Director/ Chairperson
Technical Report to: OHW District Coordinator
Supervision: Admin Finance Officer, Field Officers and Community Mobilizer
Duty Station: District Headquarters with 70% field visit.
Duration of Contract: Fixed term till December 2025 (with the possibility of extension)
Purpose of the Position:
Project Coordinator leads the overall management of OHW supported MNH projects in the district under the guidance of the Executive Director/Chairperson and in coordination with OHW District Coordinator. This position is responsible to provide overall programmatic and financial management in planning, implementing, and monitoring activities of his/her district.

2. Position: Field Officer – Clinical (Nos -1)

Technical Report to: N/A
Supervision: N/A
Duty Station: District Headquarters with a minimum of 70% field visits.
Duration of Contract: Fixed term till December 2025 (with the possibility of extension
Purpose of the Position:
The Field Officer – Clinical will be responsible to provide technical support to MNH service providers at the facility level and relevant stakeholders in MNH program planning, conducting community awareness-raising activities focusing on MNH, assessment, planning and follow-ups of MNH services at the facility and community level.

3. Position: Field Officer ( Nos-1)

Purpose of the Position:
The Field Officer will be responsible to provide technical support to the local level health units in municipalities, MNH service providers at the facility level and relevant stakeholders in MNH program planning and implementation; conduct community awareness raising activities focusing on MNH status assessment, planning and monitoring at the facility and community level.

The Field Officer will be responsible to provide technical support to the local level health units in municipalities, MNH service providers at the facility level and relevant stakeholders in MNH program planning and implementation; conduct community awareness raising activities focusing on MNH status assessment, planning and monitoring at the facility and community level.

5. Position: Admin Finance Officer
Line Management Report to: Project Coordinator
Technical Report to: OHW Grants Officer
Supervision: Support Staff
Duty Station: District Headquarters with a minimum of 30% field visits.
Duration of Contract: Fixed term till December 2025 (with the possibility of extension
Purpose of the Position:
The Admin Finance Officer will be responsible for financial management, office administration and logistics management of the OHW project in the District Project Office.
