Nepal CRS Company (Nepal CRS) is a Social Marketing Organization engaged in Family Planning, Maternal Child Health, Adolescent Reproductive Health and other health products and service intervention in Nepal. Its mission is to improve the National Health status by changing behavior and increasing access to health products and services.

Nepal CRS, hereby, invites applications for the below position.

1. Research, Monitoring and Evaluation (RME) Manager  – 1 No.

Station: Head Office, Kathmandu

Job Overview

The Research Monitoring and Evaluation (RME) Manager position aims to lead the RME unit, and its function through the implementation of M&E plan, collaboration with government bodies, donors, and other partners to measure the implementation, strength of program, ensuring data quality, capacity building on M&E functions, support on technical study and documentation of program and research data/survey report.

Educational Qualification and Experience

• Master’s degree in public health or Epidemiology or Statistics or other relevant subjects.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience.

2. Executive Secretary to MD  – 1 No. 

Station: Head Office, Kathmandu

Job Overview

The role involves offering thorough and efficient executive assistance to the MD's Office, serving as a primary contact for all communications and visitors to the MD. Additionally, this position will play a crucial role in coordinating logistical and administrative tasks for Nepal CRS’s Board Meetings and Annual General Meetings.

Educational Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in management / law / arts / related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.

3. Quality Assurance Officer – 1 No.

Station: Itahari, Koshi Province

Job Overview

The Quality Assurance Officer (QAO) is responsible for supporting the quality of family planning care at Nepal CRS Sangini outlets. S/he will be responsible in providing assessment of the quality of family planning care at Sangini outlets, identification of gaps and provision of technical supportive supervision with the goal of improving the quality of family planning care at the Sangini outlets.

Educational Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health (BPH) / Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a recognized institute. 
• One year of experience in Family Planning / Reproductive Health.

4. Finance Officer – 1 No.

Station: Head Office, Kathmandu

Project: Adolescent Reproductive Health (ARH)

Job Overview

ARH Finance Officer is primarily responsible for liaison with banks to ensure sound banking transactions. The role is also responsible for preparing various vouchers and cheques for payment, settlement, and other expenses and for depositing activities to tax authorities.

Educational Qualification and Experience

• Graduate in commerce or accounts or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in donor financing.

• Note: This position is subject to the approval of donor funding.
