Store & Procurement Officer - 1 | - Prepare procurement plan and proceed the procurement process.
- Prepare and submit the procurement and store report to the management as required.
- Receive all goods, foods and other office related service as per purchase order e.g. quality, quantity through goods received notes (GRN).
- Deal with vendor on price, raw materials quality, quantity, payment & timely delivery of goods.
| - A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in management.
- 3-5 years of work experience in hospitality
- Basic computer skills with relevant software.
- Familiar with procurement & logistics procedures.

Guest Relation Officer (female)- 1 | - Overall responsibilities for visitor’s book, record keeping and security process.
- Review arrival lists, welcome guests & brief about the company in detail.
- Attend during visit of special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries.
- Provide information about service, food, area, venues to the guest as required.
| - A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in hospitality.
- Good communication in Nepali & English
- Proven working experience as Guest Relations Officer.

Cashier – Counter -1 | - Lead the cash counter with minimum supervision
- Keeping the cash transaction with verification on daily basis.
- Coordinate with staff for properly managing the tips and keeping the record of tips collection.
- Making the payment in favour of casual staff and local bands on daily basis as instructed by the finance section.
| - A minimum of +2 level education in management
- At least 1 year of work experience in cash transactions
- Basic computer knowledge

Commi I -few | - Manage to cook different foods items /dishes by using the appropriate temperature.
- Get detailed information about the gests flow and manage to prepare food as per food recipe.
- Arrangement of all raw materials prior to fix the cooking.
- Carefully check all foods items with their taste including overcooking or undercooking.
| - A minimum of +2 level education or associated certificates of culinary studies.
- A minimum of 4-5 years working
- Familiar with Newari food cuisine is a plus
- Basic computer reporting skills

Commi II –few | - Coordinate with Supervisor for preparing the daily menu specification and keep kitchen area all time in hygienic condition.
- Ensure all cooking foods, meals are meeting the company requirement or Brand.
- Supervision of kitchen steward on cleaning the cooking pots and utensil.
- Take care of used kitchen equipment, utensils, and cooking pots and placed them in appropriate places.
| - A minimum of SLC/SEE or associated certificates of culinary studies.
- A minimum of 3-4 years working experience in Restaurant
- Familiar with Newari food cuisine is a plus

Commi III - few | - Assist for preparing and cooking the kitchen related food.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic working environment in the kitchen on daily basis
- Take care of used kitchen equipment, utensils, cooking pots, and manage to keep in appropriate place to minimize the possible risk.
- Coordinate with kitchen stewards for waste management on daily basis.
| - A minimum of 10th class or associated certificates of culinary studies.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of working experience in Restaurant
- Familiar with Newari food cuisine is a plus

Server-few | - Take food and drink orders from customers accurately with professional way.
- Provide food menu, taking customers order and submit to the kitchen successfully
- Delivery of ordered food and drinks from kitchen to customers’ table within time frame.
- Produce the final bills for making the payment and assist to the guest for payment
| - A minimum of SLC/SEE level qualification or associated certificates of culinary studies.
- A minimum of 1 year working experience in food serving
- Good interpersonal and good communication skills
