Nepal CRS Company (Nepal CRS) is a Social Marketing Organization engaged in Family Planning, Maternal Child Health, Adolescent Reproductive Health and other health products and service intervention in Nepal. Its mission is to improve the National Health status by changing behavior and increasing access to health products and services.

Nepal CRS hereby invites applications for the below positions.

1. Manager – Administration and Procurement – 1 No.

Station: Head Office, Kathmandu, Bagmati Province

Job Overview:

The Manager - Administration and Procurement is responsible for the development and implementation of all administration and procurement related activities. He/she oversees the efficient functioning of administrative operations, including managing office resources, supervising staff ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Educational Qualification and Experience

Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent degree with 5 years of experience in a similar position.

2. Manager – Quality Assurance – 1 No.

Station: Head Office, Kathmandu, Bagmati Province

Project: MOMENTUM Private Healthcare Delivery (MPHD) Nepal

MPHD Nepal Project is a social marketing organization engaged in Family Planning (FP), Maternal Child Health, and other health products and service intervention in Nepal. The main goal of the Project is to refine and scale up private-sector FP approach for Private sector organizations to provide high-quality FP services to adolescents and young people in Nepal.

Job Overview:

The QA Manager is the technical lead for MPHD Project under Nepal CRS Company. QA Manager is responsible to ensure the quality of FP services provided to adolescents and young adults by the private sector providers through onsite technical backstopping, mentoring, coaching, and monitoring of the field team under MPHD Nepal.

Educational Qualification and Experience

Master’s Degree in Public Health or Nursing or Epidemiology or MBBS with Master’s Degree in Public Health with minimum 5 years work experience and knowledge in FP/SRH and designing, planning, implementing, and monitoring QI/QA programs.
