Established on September 26, 1990, and registered on December 20, 1992, with the District Administration Office in Bajura, PeaceWin Nepal is a non-profit, non-governmental organization dedicated to fostering a gender-sensitive, peaceful, and just society in Nepal. We provide a supportive learning environment to women, children, and youth, laying the foundation for their career development. As an implementing partner of the Welthungerhilfe (WHH) for Achham district, PeaceWin Nepal actively engages in programs focusing on women in climate-resilient agri-systems for enhanced nutrition (WE-CAN) project in Sanfebagar Municipality. PeaceWin is currently inviting applications from qualified Nepali citizens committed to delivering results with the highest integrity for the following positions:

Vacancy Positions

1.Program Coordinator (Level - 9) - 1 Position

Location: The program coordinator will be based in the PeaceWin district program office, Sanfebagar Municipality of Achham district, and will frequently visit the field. 

Summary: Summary: The Program Coordinator will lead and provide strategic leadership and management in planning, implementing, and monitoring progress as outlined in the annual work plan for women in climate-resilient agri-systems for enhanced nutrition. Responsibilities include effective implementation of the annual work plan in close coordination with relevant government stakeholders, ensuring project compliance with timelines and budgets. 

Qualifications: Master’s degree in natural resource management, population or environment science, a minimum of 2 years of experience in climate-resilient agri-systems and nutrition, project management and financial transactions, system strengthening with proficiency in the English language, and advanced computer skills. 

2.Agriculture Officer (Level - 8) – 1 Position

Location: The agriculture officer will be based in the PeaceWin district program office, Sanfebagar Municipality of Achham district, and will frequently visit the field. S/he will be directly reporting to the program coordinator.

Summary: Responsibilities include leading the planning and execution of programs that advance women in climate-resilient agri-systems for enhanced nutrition with a focus on capacity enhancement.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in agriculture and crop science, a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field with proficiency in the English language, and advanced computer skills. 

3.Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning Officer (Level - 8) – 1 Position

Location: The MEAL officer will be based in the PeaceWin district program office, Sanfebagar Municipality of Achham district, and will frequently visit the field.

Summary: Summary: Develop and implement a robust Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) framework, ensuring systematic measurement of program results while ensuring quality data-driven reporting.

Qualifications: Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 5 years experience in statistics, population, social science, or a related field, or equivalent experience with a strong monitoring and reporting background, as well as proficient English language and computer skills.

4.Admin and Finance Officer (Level - 8) – 1 Position

Location: PeaceWin district program office, Sangebagar Municipality of Achham disrtrict. 

Summary: Responsibilities include overseeing the project’s financial and administrative functions, ensuring compliance with organizational requirements, and procurement policies.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration/business studies with a strong finance and accounting background and at least 3 years of relevant experience.

5.Agri technician (Level - 5) – 2 Positions

Location: The Agri-technician will be field based in the program-implementing areas of Sanfebagar Municipality of Achham district and will frequently visit the office as needed. 

Summary: Responsibilities include planning and implementation of field-level activities under women in climate-resilient agri-systems for enhanced nutrition-related programs/activities and activities in close coordination with the local government. 

Qualifications: At least 3 years of work experience with technical SEE in agriculture subject and able to work in the rural community. 

6.Field Supervisor (Level - 5) - 1 Position

Location: The field supervisor will be field-based in the program-implementing areas of Sanfebagar Municipality of Achham district and will frequently visit the office as needed.

Summary: Responsibilities include planning and implementation of field-level activities under women in climate-resilient agri-systems for enhanced nutrition-related programs/activities and activities in close coordination with the local government. 

Qualifications: At least 3 years of work experience as a health assistant/Staff nurse and able to work in a rural community.
