Established on September 26, 1990, and registered on December 20, 1992, with the District Administration Office in Bajura, PeaceWin Nepal is a non-profit, non-governmental organization dedicated to fostering a gender-sensitive, peaceful, and just society in Nepal. We provide a supportive learning environment to women, children, and youth, laying the foundation for their career development. As an implementing partner of the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) for the Sudurpaschim province, PeaceWin is actively engaged in programs focusing on Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), Gender Equality, Women Empowerment (GEWE) and Global Programme to Ending Child Marriage ECM) in Bajura, Bajhang, Achham, Baitadi, Doti, Kailali, and Kanchanpur. PeaceWin is currently inviting applications from qualified individuals for following positions for the ECM programme being implemented in selected Municipalities of Baitadi and Bajhang. Nepali citizens committed to delivering results with the highest integrity for the following positions:

Vacancy Positions

1. Program Coordinator-ECM (Level - 9) – 1 Position

Location: Baitadi with frequent field visits to project municipalities in Baitadi and Bajhang for activity implementation and support to Municipal Coordinator.

Summary: Responsible for leading the planning and execution of programs activities under ECM  that promote gender equality and women's empowerment, with a focus on preventing gender-based violence and harmful practices prevention including ending   child marriage.

Qualifications: A master’s degree in Gender Studies, Social Work, or Social Sciences with a strong background in GBV prevention and ending child marriage. Must have strong English language skills and at least 5 years of relevant work experience.

2. Finance Assistant (Level - 7) – 1 Position

Location: PeaceWin Province Programme Office, Dhangadhi, Kailali.

Summary: Responsibilities include to support in overseeing the project’s financial and administrative functions and ensuring compliance with organizational policy and procedures.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance and accounting or equivalent field from recognized university at least 3 years of finance related experience especially financing and accounting.

3. Municipal Coordinators (Level - 7) - 2 Positions

Location: 1 position based in one of the programme municipalities of Bajhang District and 1 position based in one of the programme Municipality of Baitadi District

Summary: Engage in implementation of programme activities of ending child marriage activities at the community level in coordination with local government and relevant institutions.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Gender studies, social work or social science with 2 years of experience in GBV prevention and harmful practice at community level.
