Position Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Bachelor in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT) professional to join our laboratory team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing laboratory tests, ensuring the accuracy and quality of results, and supporting the overall mission of our hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct various laboratory tests and analyses in accordance with established protocols.
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide timely and accurate diagnoses.
• Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
• Provide support and guidance to laboratory staff and interns as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology.
• Valid license to practice as a BMLT.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
