Introduction:
Quarter Master (QM) Kathmandu ensures management of QM matters at BGN. This department plays a key role in the day-to-day operation of the Camp. The primary output is to delivery of various facilities within BGN, BG Pokhara, BG Dharan. Among them one of the core task is to arrange vehicle parts to repair BGN Land Rover, Bus, Van.

This position is advertised at 37 hours per week.
Job description:
- Demand, receipt, and issue of all stores on Management of the Joint Deployed Inventory (MJDI). (This qualification will be achieved post selection).
- Unit Spares demand by different places such as SCOC Bicester, Local purchase UK and Nepal.
- Maintain all necessary documentation required for the smooth running of the store in neat and legible.
- Interaction with Godiva Ltd & Barloworld Ltd for spares. (Godiva fire pump & Hyster).
- Make payments to UK Local company.
- Monthly cost return gives to WOES every first week of month.
- Deputise for UAA/QM Chief Clerk & EE manager during the period of absence.
What you will be doing:
Responsibilities:
- To report any discrepancies on stores receipts and any other stores anomalies immediately to the Line Manager (RQMS).
- Support RQMS (Line Manager) to snap checks monthly and Head of Department (QM BGK) quarterly checks.
- Complete mandated checks on all receipts and issues, ensuring they are correctly processed with all evidence of an audit trail, in accordance with Logistic Support Inspections (LSI) for all stores held on account.

Applicant should have good written/ spoken English and Nepali language skills. Proven experience, qualifications, and training is preferable for this role to deliver the job responsibility effectively and efficiently. You will be assessed on your IT skills through a Practical Assessment and English Language skills to qualify for interviews during the sifting and selection process.
