UI/UX Designer

Job Description

We are currently looking for a talented and creative UX/UI (Web, mobile) Designer to join our team at H.T Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with designers, developers, and product teams to create seamless user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop user interfaces for web & mobile applications with a strong focus on user experience and usability.
• Create visually appealing interfaces with consistent branding, typography, and color schemes.
• Conduct user research, prototyping and usability testing and analyze feedback for design improvements.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
• Optimize UI components for maximum speed, scalability, and accessibility across all platforms and maintain design systems.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
• Prepare design specs, style guides, and design systems for consistency.

Requirements

• 1 - 3 years of UX/UI design experience, ideally with a few years of platform experience
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend frameworks. 
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and visual design, as well as standard design tools.
• Experience with modern design & prototyping software like Figma, Adobe XD, and Photoshop.
• Ability to quickly learn new tools and adapt to changing environments.
• Strong communication skills and good team player.
