Terms of Reference for Office Interior Design

Heifer International Nepal is dedicated to ending hunger and poverty while caring for the Earth. Its mission is to ensure families achieve sustainable living incomes, with access to food, shelter, education, and healthcare, while driving progress toward more inclusive and resilient agri-food systems.

Scope of Work: Heifer International Nepal plans to design its newly constructed office area, including meeting halls, restrooms, working places, and office room.

The responsibilities of the contracted interior design are as follows:

I)    Design and furnishing of Office Area, room and Meeting Hall total area is 1065.32 Square Feet

Design would be finalized in consultation with and to the satisfaction of Heifer International Nepal. Heifer International Nepal will provide text, photos, color palettes and necessary creative directions as necessary.

ii)    Requirements

iii)    Prepare design presentations for Heifer’s review and collect feedback. 

iv)    Submit the final designs to Heifer for clearance before production and installation. 

v)    Ensure quality production and installation of the items as per the dummy approved by Heifer. 

vi)    Complete all the installations within the time frame set out in the contract.
