Tender Notice for the Supply of Stationery Items

SODCC, Parsa in support of UNICEF invites sealed bids from reputed companies/firms for the supply of Stationery items for Supporting Adolescent Girls Education (SAGE) Programme  in 3 Districts of Madhesh Province. Interested bidders may obtain further information from SODCC Parsa, at the address given below during the office working hours mentioned time here.

1. Bidding documents can be purchased by the bidders upon the payment of a non-refundable fee of NPR 3000.00 (Three Thousand Only) in cash Physically. Additionally, the bidders can obtain the bidding documents online by depositing the above-mentioned amount to the below-stated bank account of SODCC by sending a deposit slip.

2. Bidders are required to provide 2.5% bid security in cash or a bank guarantee letter from the commercial bank along with the bid document. These guarantees will be released after completion of the assigned task.

3.  2.5% security bid amount needs to be deposited in the following bank account.

4. Bid must be submitted to the address given below on or before 10 November 2024 by 5.00 PM. Bids will be opened at SODCC Parsa Head Office, Radhemai-14, Birgunj, Parsa at 1 PM on 11 November 2024.

Note: SODCC Parsa reserves the right to accept or reject any/all tender documents without any necessary reason/justification.
