INVITATION TO BID

Local Initiatives for biodiversity Research and Development (LI-BIRD) is launching a Tender and invites interested suppliers/candidates to participate in the Procurement Procedure for the relevant lots:

• Laptop (Quantity: 11)

1. All the goods are for the SARATHI project, an intervention supported by DCA, Nepal.

2. All goods are to be delivered at Sahachal, Sanepa, Lalitpur, Nepal

3. The offered prices shall be quoted in NPR only.

4. All offers in a sealed envelope, in English language only, must be delivered to either of the LI-BIRD offices mentioned below by 5:00 pm 24 April 2025. Late bids will be rejected. Applicants with questions regarding this tender should send them in writing (email) up to 5:00 pm 18 April 2025.

5. Tenders will be opened at the address mentioned below at the time stated in the Tender Dossier. Tenderers or their authorized representative can be present at the opening of tenders.

6. Tender documents will be available from 11 April 2025 to 18 April 2025 from 9 to 5 pm Office hours (Note that LI-BIRD Office will be closed on Saturday and Sunday). Interested tenderers may obtain the Tender Dossier in English at no cost from the Contracting Authority in either of the offices mentioned in section 4.
