INVITATION TO BID
Local Initiatives for biodiversity Research and Development (LI-BIRD) is launching a Tender and invites interested suppliers/candidates to participate in the Procurement Procedure for the relevant lots:
- GOAT (Local Breed: Khari, Kgs:20-25, Age-1-1.5 yrs, Vaccinated against PPR), 180
- BUCK (Local Breed: Khari, Kgs:35-40, Age-1.5-2 yrs, Vaccinated against PPR), 3
1. All the goods are for the Gift-Goat Support project, an intervention supported by DCA, Nepal.
2. All goods are to be delivered at Birendranagar, Surkhet, Nepal
3. The offered prices shall be quoted in NPR only.
4. All offers in a sealed envelope, in English language only, must be delivered to either of the LI-BIRD offices mentioned below by 5:00 pm 18 October 2024. Late bids will be rejected. Applicants with questions regarding this tender should send them in writing (email) up to 5:00 pm 16 Oct 2024.

6. Tender documents will be available from 3 October 2024 to 9 October 2024 from 9 to 5 pm Office hours (Note that LI-BIRD Office will be closed on Saturday and Sunday). Interested tenderers may obtain the Tender Dossier in English at no cost from the Contracting Authority in either of the offices mentioned in section 4.
7. The interested tenderers shall comply with all the rules and regulations stated in the tender dossier.
