We are currently seeking a skilled Team Lead with a strong technical background to manage and mentor our AI and Data Science Engineers, Full Stack Developers, and Cloud Engineers. Job Description:

We are looking for a Technical Team Lead who will oversee and lead a multidisciplinary team, including AI and Data Science Engineers, Full Stack Developers, and Cloud Engineers. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet the technical and business requirements. In this role, you will also act as a key liaison with the international management team to ensure alignment with global business goals and strategies, and to coordinate with technical experts on the client side.

You will have a hands-on technical role, helping the team with complex challenges while also managing project timelines, resource allocation, and overall team growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary technical team comprising AI and Data Science Engineers, Full Stack Developers, and Cloud Engineers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define project requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Liaise with the international management team to ensure that the team's work aligns with global strategies and objectives.
• Provide technical direction, mentoring, and support to team members to ensure high-quality code, model development, and system design.
• Drive the architecture and implementation of AI models, full-stack applications, and cloud infrastructure solutions.
• Ensure successful project delivery by managing timelines, resource allocation, and budget adherence.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative environment where team members can grow and excel.
• Participate in hands-on technical work when necessary, solving complex technical challenges.
• Participate in the hiring process of new team members jointly with other senior members of the team.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support career development for team members.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies to implement best practices.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience:

• Ideally, 3-5 years of experience in technical roles, with at least 2 years of leadership experience.
• Experience leading teams in agile or scrum environments.
• International experience, e.g., working abroad.
• Proven expertise in at least two of the following domains: AI and data science, full-stack development, or cloud engineering.
• Experience with programming languages like Python, JavaScript, Java, PHP, C++, C#.
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, React.js, Node.js.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
• Experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure automation.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, infrastructure as code, and microservices architecture.
• Certification in relevant technologies.

• Experience working with international clients.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and mentor a team of technical professionals.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong English communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and produce clear technical documentation.
• The ability to participate in discussions, problem-solving, and coordination with international teams to ensure smooth global collaboration.
