1. Background

Mission East, founded in Denmark in 1991, is an international humanitarian organization, carrying our relief and development programme in Eastern Europe and Asia.   The vision of Mission East is to empower marginalized people and communities in crisis-affected countries to lift themselves out of poverty and the mission is to help vulnerable populations, supporting communities’ capacities to organize and assist themselves, through activities ranging from disaster relief to development assistance.

Mission East has been working in Nepal since 2007 through local-partners.  The organization has two major programme units – one is in support of long term development work in the Karnali districts and the recovery work in other districts.

2. Service Requirements

Main Purpose

To provide Mission East- Nepal office regular stationery supplies as per the need for the Year 2020.

Objective(s)

• To provide stationery items to Mission East country office on request as per specified quality and quantity.
• To meet the timeline of delivery on agreed office stationery items.
• To provide additional miscellaneous items on reasonable rates to Mission East on request.

Output(s)

Full delivery of office stationery items on agreed quality and quantity within deadline.

3. Submission Procedure

If your organization is interested to provide the services mentioned above, you are requested to submit quotations for the goods mention in list of stationery materials in the following address no later than 15th January, 2020.
