Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Call Center Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage a team of customer service representatives, and ensure high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach. Us based company 

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor the daily activities of call center agents
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve team performance
• Handle escalated customer issues and resolve complaints efficiently
• Track and analyze call center metrics, ensuring performance goals are met
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Utilize CRM and call tracking tools effectively
• Motivate and support team members to maintain a positive work environment

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a call center, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and call center tools
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in customer service and complaint resolution
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities
• Adaptability to a fast-paced environment

Note

Working Days: 6 days/week (Sunday- Friday),

Working Hours: 8:00 PM/ 5:00 AM. including 1 hour break (only Night shift )
