JOB DESCRIPTION

• Perform Day to Day IT Help Desk Activities
• Configure and Troubleshooting of Microsoft Server along with Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Hyper-V, IIS etc.
• Configure and Troubleshooting of Manageable Switches / Routers/ Firewalls / Wifi Device and Video Conferencing Equipment.
• Troubleshooting of Computer, Printer, Network, Email, Internet etc.
• Azure and Office 365 Administration.
• Regular Monitoring of Service Packs and Security Threats and proceed for the mitigation processes.
• Coordination with the Head Office and other Team members

Basic Requirement

• Bachelor in any IT Discipline Academic Courses with min. 3 years of work experience.    (Preferably in NGOs/INGOs)
• Person who is good in Nepali and English Language in both written and spoken 
• Eagar to learn with full dedications
• Can work in a Team
• Positive Attitude
• 2-Wheeler with the driving license (preferred but not mandatory)
