Community Self Reliance Centre (CSRC) is a non-profit making, non-governmental social organisation facilitating the land rights campaign since 1993 in Nepal. CSRC has been campaigning for comprehensive agrarian reform and the land rights of working farmers and tillers for more than three decades. Through this time, CSRC has worked to organize and raise consciousness amongst those deprived of land rights, build public opinion in favour of progressive land reform, and conduct action research related to land and agrarian issues. CSRC envisions creating a prosperous, democratic, and equitable Nepal where land management is just, and agrarian practices are sustainable.

Re-Announcement of Vacancy
"SARATHI", the project funded by FCDO, is designed to support transformative impact for resilience, adaptation and inclusion in Nepal (RAIN) through a community-led approach and to increase the resilience and safety of the most vulnerable communities and population. The project will be implemented in the Madhesh and Lumbini provinces of Nepal through the consortium partners, which is led by People in Need (PIN).
CSRC is looking for interested and qualified individuals for the position mentioned hereunder:
Position: Social Protection and Inclusion Coordinator
Required No: 2 (Madhesh Province-1, Lumbini Province-1)
Workstation: (1) Madhesh Province-Lead- Highly encouraged for those candidates who have significant experience in Madhesh and understand the inclusion complexity, preferably from Madhesh.
(2) Lumbini Province-Co-lead- (Women Only) – Only for the women candidates who have hands-on experience working in Lumbini province in the related field.

Position Description
The Social Protection and Inclusion Coordinator will be responsible to lead and oversee all project activities related to social protection and inclusion in close coordination with other sub-theme coordinators and leads. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that social protection frameworks are effectively integrated into DRRM initiatives, promoting resilience and support for vulnerable populations before, during and after any crises. This role will provide technical guidance in the areas of social protection and inclusion to RAIN LG officers on the effective implementation of activities across all outputs, ensuring timely execution and high-quality standards. The Social Protection and Inclusion Coordinator will work together with relevant provincial ministries and the RAIN Technical Assistance team to strengthen and integrate the social protection program within DRRM initiatives.
