About the Job:

We are seeking a versatile Social Media Manager & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for a creative and tech-savvy individual who can manage our digital presence, create engaging content, and efficiently handle customer data. You will be responsible for running digital marketing campaigns, managing social media accounts, and maintaining comprehensive customer records using various software tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote Ashish Servicing Centre across social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.
  • Create, schedule, and manage engaging content for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Interact with customers online, responding to inquiries, comments, and reviews to maintain a positive brand image.
  • Manage customer databases, ensuring all servicing records are up-to-date and organized using MS Office, Google Docs, Excel, and other relevant software.
  • Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns to keep customers informed about services, promotions, and updates.
  • Collaborate with the servicing team to ensure consistent communication with customers regarding their vehicle servicing schedules and feedback.
  • Continuously seek out new opportunities for digital growth and customer engagement.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or a undergraduate student in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation  
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong experience with Google Docs and other Google software tools.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing trends, and best practices.
  • Experience in data management and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking with an eye for design and content creation.
