Job Specification:

Education Level: Bachelor completed or running

Experience: More than or equal to 1 year

Professional Skills Required: Typing, Communication, Customer Service, Social Media Management, Social Media Handling

Other Specification

• Communication Skills: Ability to write clear, polite, and persuasive messages
• Customer Service Skills: Good at handling customer inquiries and objections
• Typing Speed & Accuracy: Fast and error-free typing
• Social Media Familiarity: Experience with Facebook, TikTok, or other messaging platforms
• Experienced in Social Media Management preferred (Freshers with interest in Social Media can also apply)
