Details / requirements:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Social Media Content Boosting and Strategy Specialist to lead the paid content distribution efforts across social media platforms. This role will focus on maximizing the reach of our content through effective ad campaigns and utilizing the allocated budget strategically. The specialist will also be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on the performance of these campaigns in line with the guidelines and requirements set by IGPA.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective social media boosting strategies for a total of 30 knowledge products to increase the visibility and reach of content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.

- Manage the day-to-day operations of paid social media campaigns, including setup, monitoring, optimization, and reporting.

- Ensure that all content boosting activities are aligned with IGPA guidelines and requirements.

- Monitor social media trends, identify growth opportunities, and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Ensure the strategic utilization of the allocated budget to optimize performance and meet engagement targets (50,00,000 engagement by december).


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

- Proven experience (2-3 years) in managing paid social media campaigns and content boosting.

- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their ad management systems (Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).

- Experience in budget management and reporting for paid social campaigns.

- Proficient in using social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to optimize campaign performance.

- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
