Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media and Marketing Materials Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing our LinkedIn and Facebook presence, creating newsletters, creating engaging content, and preparing high-quality marketing materials such as flyers and brochures. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing targeted videos that showcase how we can help clients and candidates find jobs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms and be fluent in English and marketing strategies. This position is for a U.S.-based company. The candidate may need to work during evening hours for a few hours each week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and post content on LinkedIn and Facebook to promote the company and engage with our audience.
- Develop and design marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, and other promotional items.
- Create videos explaining how we can help clients and assist candidates in finding jobs.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns to boost engagement and reach.
- Respond to comments and messages on social media in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create visually appealing and engaging content.
- Experience in creating and editing videos.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with video editing software.
- Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
- Experience in running paid social media advertising campaigns.
