CDS is looking for Social Development Officers for upcoming projects who are interested and fulfills the required qualification and experience. 

Position title: Social Development Officer

Reporting to: Team Leader

Work station: Field based/Assigned project

Required number: Few

Required Qualification & Experience

• At least Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology/Rural Development (preferred Master degree) from the recognized university
• At least 5 year working experience in the areas of social/community mobilization/social safeguards with I/NGO and bilateral projects.
• Technical knowledge in relevant areas such as assessment, studies & evaluation and planning
• Familiarity with environmental, social and other safeguards standards
• Proficient in the use of computer software (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc.) to produce documents following standards
