Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager with expertise in Google Ads and video production. The role involves managing paid media campaigns, creating engaging video content, and driving digital marketing success to increase awareness and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for targeted traffic and improved ROI.
• Develop and execute paid media strategies across Google, YouTube, and social media platforms.
• Record, edit, and produce video content for ads and social media.
• Track performance and provide insights for campaign improvements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging.
• Manage budgets for cost-effective ad spend.

Required Qualifications:

• Expertise in Google Ads (search and display networks).
• Proficiency in video production (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with Google Analytics and tracking tools.
• Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience, especially in paid media and video content.
• Excellent communication skills.

Salary: NPR 40,000 - 50,000+ (based on experience)
