Senior Account Officer / Account Officer

We are looking for few suitably qualified Candidate for immediate employment in the position of Senior Account Officer and Account Officer. 

Responsibilities:

• Monthly Reconciliation of Gratuity, CIT, and Timely Deposit into CIT.
• Review and Calculate Overtime of Staff.
• Voucher Entry in the Dedicated System of the Organization.
• Review of Expenses and Preparation of Voucher.
• Preparation of Bank Reconciliation and Project reconciliation.
• Review of Salary Advance and Staff Official Advances.
• Coordinate and Review the Expenditure of Field Offices.
• Review and Generate Financial Reports.

Qualifications:

• Minimum BBA/ BBS / MBA, MBS/semi-Qualified CA or Master/ Bachelor in Accounting/ Finance related field.
• Proven experience (Minimum 3 year) as an Accountant or in a similar role.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Excel and other relevant tools.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of applicable accounting laws and taxation.

Salary: Negotiable
