Since it was founded, CREASION has been a leader in environmental protection in Nepal through recycling, research, emergency response, grass-roots and circular economy related interventions. CREASION also houses innovative, impact-based projects as well as a learning center for youth. CREASION’s work is majorly centered around four thematic areas; Environment and Sustainability, Disaster Risk Reduction, Education and Advocacy, and Youth and Volunteerism.

CREASION (Center for Research and Sustainable Development Nepal) is a non-profit established in 2005. It promotes sustainability-based development and serves as a center for social innovations, impact-based projects, a learning center for youths, and a medium by which relevant stakeholders are engaged. CREASION works in three thematic areas which are; Environment and Sustainability, Disaster Response and Youth & Volunteerism.
CREASION invites qualified service providers to submit sealed bids for the goods and services listed below, intended for the ongoing construction of a factory in Bharatpur, Chitwan.

| 01 | Electrical panel complete with all required components and fittings. |
| 02 | Installation of high-tension line from NEA supply to transformer. |
| 03 | Installation of low-tension wiring with all necessary components including earthing system |
| 04 | Supply and installation of electrical items, including cables, lights, industrial fans, and fixtures. |
| 05 | Request for proposal: Skilled Electrician one (1) with 3+ years of experience, including relevant training in handling industrial-level electrical systems. This service will be required to provide on-call annual maintenance contract (AMC), ensure the proper functioning of electrical system. |
| Civil work: | |
| 01 | Pre-stressed wall panels for a boundary area of 6,086 sq. ft. |
| 02 | Request for proposal: Industrial plumbing services, including surveying, design, as well as the supply and installation of plumbing systems. |
| 03 | Request for proposal: Skilled Plumber one (1) with 3+ years of experience, including relevant training in industrial-level plumbing systems and maintenance. This service will be required to provide on-call annual maintenance contract (AMC), ensuring the efficient operation of plumbing system. |
Interested bidders can obtain the Request for Quotation (RFQ) form, technical specifications, and bidding instructions by email- jyotsana@creasion.org and bishal@creasionventures.com or by visit our Site Office in Bharatpur, Chitwan. Bidders can submit partial bids based on their scope and capacity.
Last day for sealed bid submission: November 29, 2024. Late submissions will not be accepted.
Bid Submission Instructions: Bids must be submitted in a sealed (closed) envelope clearly marked with the “Supply and installation for (name of goods and service)”.
