Details / requirements:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant sales experience and a strong understanding of marketing principles. You will be responsible for generating and closing sales, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation and Closure:
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare sales reports.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Identify customer needs and offer solutions that meet their requirements.
- Market Knowledge and Analysis:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
- Marketing and Sales Promotion:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events.
- Create and distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and email campaigns.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
