Sales Officer

Location:   Madhesh, Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali & Sudurpashchim Province.

Job Summary:

The Province Sales Officer is responsible for driving broadband and enterprise internet sales, managing customer relationships, and expanding market presence in the assigned province. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase customer acquisition and revenue.
• Identify and engage with potential clients, including residential, business, and corporate customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, resellers, and distributors.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer demands.
• Conduct sales visits, product demonstrations, and promotional campaigns.
• Work closely with the technical and customer support teams to ensure service quality.
•  Prepare sales reports and provide insights for business growth.
• Work under pressure to meet sales targets and deadlines.

Requirements:

• At least Intermediate completed.
• 1 year of sales experience in the ISP industry.
• Strong understanding of broadband, fiber-optic, and wireless internet services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel within the province and work independently.
• Valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
