Company: A Reputed IT Company Based In Lalitpur

Salary: 17k+Fuel (Negotiate as per experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and Target Prospects: Research and identify potential school clients, including principals, administrators, and purchasing decision-makers.

Develop Sales Strategies: Create and execute effective sales plans to reach out to schools, pitch products and services, and achieve sales targets.

Build Relationships: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with school administrators, educators, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and promote our offerings.

Product Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our products and services.

Negotiate and Close Deals: Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, including negotiating contracts and terms.

Market Research: Stay updated with trends in the education sector, gather feedback from schools, and provide insights to the marketing and product development teams.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards sales targets using CRM or Office tools.

Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to school/college post-sale, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the education sector or a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of the education system, including purchasing cycles and decision-making processes within schools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft or Google Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events as needed.

Note: Candidate should have their Laptop, and two-wheelers with valid driving licenses and visit institutions (school/college) for marketing and sales of our product and services. Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as needed, depending on client availability.

Key Skills and Qualifications

Sales Skills: Ability to pitch, negotiate, and close deals effectively.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to conduct presentations and product demonstrations.

Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, including school administrators, educators, and decision-makers.

Research and Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct market research; understand customer needs and translate insights into actionable sales strategies.

Problem-Solving: Strong ability to address client concerns, resolve issues, and find solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.

Time Management: Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities and tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines and targets.

Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft or Google Office Suite with basic knowledge of data analytics or sales reporting tools.

Experience: Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the education sector or a similar industry. Prior experience in B2B sales, client relationship management, or field sales will be an added advantage. (Freshers can also apply)

Sales Strategy Development: Experience in developing and executing sales strategies to target specific customer groups.
