Sales and Marketing Position in Bela Nepal Industries

We are seeking motivated and dynamic Sales Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for visiting potential customers, building strong relationships, and promoting Bela Nepal Industries' construction products. You will play a key role in driving our business forward by identifying sales opportunities and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Travel to different locations to meet potential customers and promote Bela Nepal Industries' products.
Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, and construction companies.
Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
Present and demonstrate products to potential buyers.
Keep track of customer interactions and sales progress using company-provided software.
Provide after-sales support and resolve customer inquiries.
Prepare reports and maintain sales records using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Requirements
Must have a valid driving license and be comfortable traveling.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Willingness to learn and use the company’s sales software.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Prior experience in sales (preferred but not mandatory).
Self-motivated and results-driven attitude.
