We’re looking for an ambitious Sales Executive to join our team and drive adoption of our platform among SMBs seeking an all-in-one solution for their operational needs.

Summary: As a Sales Executive, you will play a key
role in driving revenue by acquiring new SMB clients for our accounting and
inventory management SaaS product. You will engage with potential clients,
understand their order fulfillment and stock management needs, and demonstrate
how our software can streamline their operations while ensuring compliance.
Your primary goal is to close sales, build strong client relationships, and
help small to medium-sized businesses grow using our solution.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify, research, and reach out to small and medium-sized businesses in Nepal that would benefit from our solution, leveraging market knowledge, networking, and outbound sales efforts.
Sales Pipeline Management: Qualify leads and move them through the sales funnel by understanding their specific needs related to inventory management, order fulfillment, and statutory compliance.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct personalized product demos to showcase how our SaaS solution simplifies inventory tracking, improves order processing, and automates compliance with government reporting requirements.
Consultative Selling: Use a consultative approach to help prospective clients understand the value of our product for their unique business needs and demonstrate how it helps reduce operational complexity.
Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations, close sales, and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets by building trust and offering tailored solutions.
Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to support satisfaction, retention, upsell opportunities, and referrals.
Market Insight: Stay informed on trends in SMB inventory management, order fulfillment, and compliance to effectively position our product in the marketplace.
Team Collaboration: Partner closely with internal teams (Customer Success, Product) to ensure a seamless and positive experience for clients from the start.
Travel Requirements:
This role requires travel up to 20% of the time within Nepal, primarily for in-person client meetings and product demonstrations as needed to build client relationships and drive sales.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
● 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally focused on SMB clients or related to inventory, order fulfillment, or accounting solutions.
● Understanding of inventory management, order fulfillment processes, and basic accounting and compliance requirements for SMBs.
● Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
● Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with SMB decision-makers.
● Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple client interactions simultaneously.
● Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Sheets.
