The ideal candidate should be passionate about education, skilled in research methodologies, and committed to fostering practical knowledge among students.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Resource Person to join our team and guide school students in conducting field-based research, developing presentation and reporting skills, and gaining hands-on field experience. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering practical skills and promoting learning through exploration and research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging presentations and lead training sessions
• Prepare detailed reports and maintain relevant resource materials
• Gather insights through field-based interactions with communities and stakeholders
• Mentor students in designing and conducting field-based research projects.
• Develop and tailor content to meet audience needs.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on research methodologies and tools.
• Develop and enhance students' presentation and public speaking skills.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Sociology or related field
• Strong presentations and leadership skills
• Proven field-based experience in working with communities or stakeholders
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to organize and manage field visits and practical sessions effectively.
