We work on transforming education through Capacity development of the teachers to use modern, advanced and progressive teaching methodologies, create child friendly environment in the School, and provide hands-on activities for students for experiential learning, parental education program for appropriate parental roles, curriculum consolidation, long term school consultation and other consulting services related to education as per need of the client. We do conduct various types of researches and provide consulting service for educational planning and policy making as well as conduct classes on research methodology.

Required Skills & qualification:
- At least Masters’ Degree in Science related subjects (M.Phil preferred)
- At least A (A+ preferred) in academic certificate
- Strong and demonstrated knowledge of research methodology
- Have at least 5 research articles published on an international journal
- More than 2 years of experience od using data analysis software such as SPSS, SmartPLS, R Studio, etc
- Attributes like honesty, committed, result oriented, positive mind set, growth oriented & willing to take challenges.
