Request of Sealed quotation for Deep fridge and washing machine

SAHAMATI(An Institution Dedicated For Community Plus Humane Development) SAHAMATI is a non-governmental, non-political, non-profit making, member-based social development organization established in 2001/11/12 (kartik 27, 2058) by a group of professionals and development workers with long experience in community development. This organization has been registered as an NGO under the organization registration act of Nepal. Global problems like climate change, poverty, social discrimination and migration influence Nepal's development process, demanding diversified answers. Underprivileged groups are often excluded while designing development program, unfortunate for them. SAHAMATI aims to make a change by addressing the huge challenges of the 21st century with a community-centered approach, focusing on social justice and social transformation, human rights development and self-help promotion. SAHAMATI has built a large network composed of diverse social groups, national and international organizations and like-minded institutions and have been launching various kinds of community-centered programs on collaboration. A range of internal programs have been developed and implemented independently through SAHAMATI under Theme 2 (Learning and Innovation) are coordinated through our own resources. SAHAMATI has been implementing "Empowering Rural Communities of Nepal through and Integrated Approach to Health and Income Generation" (ERCN) Project in 3 districts of Nepal (Tanahun, Kavrepalanchok and Sindhupalchok). The project has a plan to support the ACCC committee. Therefore, the TOR is float to purchase a "1 pcs washing machine and 1 pcs Deep fridge support to preserve fresh dairy & meat products (760 liter) ".  The machine shall be transported to Tanahu Puttar district.

·    Supply of Electronic Machine with the following technical specifications.

1.     Washing machine: Gaindakot Municipality-5, SAHAMATI Office.

2.     Deep fridge : Ghiring Rural Municipality-1, Puttar Tanahu

  Documents to be submitted by the Company/Firm

The application shall contain the following documents:

A. Price quotation with individual item and specification (Annex 1 and Annex 2).

B. A catalog with detailed specifications shall be included.

C. A copy of the company/firm registration

D. A copy of Tax clearance certificate (latest)

E. A copy of  VAT and PAN registration 

An authorized company/firm can submit a quotation for one or multiple products. Interested companies/firms must submit a quotation as per Annex 1 and Annex 2 in a sealed envelope marked with EOI for "ELECTRONIC MACHINE" by 17:00 hrs. 19 Feb 2025 to SAHAMATI, Gaindakot, Nawalparasi (Bardaghat Susta East).
