Rupantaran Nepal (RN) is an independent, profit-not distributing social enterprise that was registered in 2009 (2066) at the Company Registration Office of the Government of Nepal in Kathmandu.  It was founded by a group of development professionals and social activists who were staff of the Livelihoods and Forestry Programme (LFP) and the Nepal Swiss Community Forestry Project (NSCFP) at that time. RN membership has now widened beyond this early base.  

The objective of establishing of RN was to institutionalize and further utilise the skills, knowledge and experiences of these two projects. RN is thus a competent, professional and value-based institution that will contribute to improving the livelihoods of poor and excluded communities. 

The intent of this assignment is to conduct organizational development assessment of Rupantaran Nepal in new context (Socio-economic, political, environment) and development space. 

Further exclusively,

• Review and update the vision, mission and value of the Rupantaran Nepal to align with current development priority and context. 
• Set strategic priorities area as appropriate to the Rupantaran Nepal and update its five year strategic plan ( 2025 to 2029)  including vision, mission, value and strategies priorities of the Rupantaran Nepal
