Request for Quotation of Improve Cooke Stove

Sundar Nepal Sanstha (BNA) is one of the pioneer non-profits, non-government organization working in the Karnali Province of Nepal. BNA was established in 2053 BS at Surkhet district. The goal of the organization is to assist for the development of a beautiful and ideal, society through the enhancement of the living condition of the community giving special focus on poor deprived and marginalized people through group mobilization, empowerment, utilization of local resources and delivery of quality services. We believe on impartiality, mutual cooperation, respect and recognition of the local people and the establishment of self-sustained society for the sustainability of development. Sundar Nepal Sanstha, Surkhet invites sealed quotation from the interested firm registered in the government of nepal for the below mention items. 

Scope of works

1. Supply of ICS to BNA office, Birendranagar, Surkhet as per below specification and standards.
2. All ICS supplied shall be warranted by a contractor against any defects in design, manufacturing, installation for a minimum period of 1 year from the date of handover to the user.
3. Warranty for ICS shall be provided as specified in the technical specification and warranty form.
4. Rectification of all the defects in the works during the warranty period shall to be done by the selected contractor promptly, at the most within 7 days from the date of receipt of complaint.
5. Provide O & M manual (in Nepali)
6. Provide valid RETS, efficiency tested certificates and technical life span declaration documents from the manufacturer.

Interested vendors are requested to submit the sealed quotation along with the below documents to the email address quotation@sundarnepal.org.np starting with the subject ''Quotation for ICS'' or hardcopy to the address mentioned below by 3rd June 2023. Since the deadline date is on Saturday, the quotation will be accepted by Sunday (4th June 2023).

• Company/Firm Registration Certificated
• VAT Registration Certificate

• सिलबन्दी दरभाउ-पत्र सूचना प्रकाशन गरेको मितिबाट कम्तिमा मिति २०८०/०२/२० गते कार्यालय समयभित्र सुन्दर नेपाल संस्था, सुर्खेतको मुख्य कार्यालय विरेन्दरनगर नगरपालिका-८, आवास क्षेत्र र इमेल मार्फत quotation@sundarnepal.org.np  मा Quotation for ICS विषय राखेर पेश गर्नुपर्नेछ । उल्लेखित समय अवधि भन्दा ढिलो गरि प्राप्त भएका दरभाउ – पत्र अस्वीकृत गरिनेछ । अन्तिम दिन शनिबार परेको हुँदा सोको भोलिपल्ट आईतबार (२०८०/०२/२१) कार्यलय खोलेको दिनमा हुनेछ । 
• दरभाउ – पत्र पेश गर्ने दिन सार्वजनिक बिदा पर्न गएमा त्यसपछिको लगत्तै कार्यालय खुलेको दिनलाई अन्तिम दिन मानिनेछ ।
